Note that we currently only offer Do Not Sell cookie-opt out functionality on the following FirstGroup websites that either currently use cookies in a way that is likely to be considered a “sale” under the CCPA or may use cookies in such a way in the near-future:

Other than cookies, we do not share personal information with others in a way that would be considered a “sale” under the CCPA. In case we change our business practices in the future, you can opt-out in advance by filling out this FORM.

Note that in cases where we act as a service provider to our customers, as that term is defined in the CCPA, we will never sell your personal information so there is no need to complete this form.
